Responsabilités générales
Sous la supervision du chef, sous-chef et autre personnel de la direction, le cuisinier a pour principal tâche de préparer les commandes du personnel de service. Il devra également s’assurer de la mise en place, de la propreté de l’aire de travail et être actif lors de la préparation quotidienne des aliments pour le service.
