Upscale St. Henri restaurant seeks Floor Staff: Bartenders, Waiters & Bussers.

Requirements for all positions:

1. Must be fully bilingual (no acception)
2. Must be punctual, and well presented
3. Must be a team player
4. Must be a hard worker and quick on your feet
5. Must be oriented towards giving optimal customer service
6. Must have some experience working in past paced restaurant environments.

We are looking to hire like minded staffers that would be a good fit to our team and that are looking for a longer term employment relationship. We do not hire seasonally and do not do short term hires.

Busser/Food runner for dinner shifts. Average 3 shifts per week. Responsibilities include: Mise en place, Cleaning, Stocking, Bussing and Setting tables, Running food & organizing take away and delivery orders. Minimal experience required. We are also looking to train our bus staff into wait staff over time, so if you have limited experience but would like some hands on experience and be able to move up, this could be a good opportunity for you.

Waiters / Waitresses for dinner shifts. Average 2 to 3 shifts per week. Responsibilities include: Taking customer orders, up selling wine & drinks, providing a great dining experience to our clients, promoting the restaurant through word of mouth and social media, mise en place, cleaning, stocking, setting tables, running food & drinks.
Minimum 2 years experience required.

Bartenders for our Speakeasy Bar & cocktail classes. Average 2 shifts per week to start. Pay Responsibilities include: Offering cocktail classes, up selling wine & drinks, providing a great bar experience to our clients, promoting the restaurant through word of mouth and social media, mise en place, cleaning, stocking.  Minimum 3 years experience required.
