Determine the size of food portions and costs
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Recruit and hire staff
Manage kitchen operations
Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods

"CHOPP CHOP" means "I LOVE IT, I REALLY LOVE IT." which coincidentally turns out to be an English homophone of doing something quick or cutting something with the repeated blows technique that we normally see on the streets of Asia.
