· Commis de cuisine – minimum 3 ans d’experience
· Garde manger – min. 3 ans d’experience
· Grillardin – min. 4 ans d’experience
· Chef de jour – Certificate + min. 3 ans d’experience
· Chef de soir – Certificate + min. 3 ans d’experience
· Plongeur – 1 ans d’experience
