Sous la supervision du Chef Cuisinier, la tâche principale du cuisinier sera d’assurer le service (montage d’assiettes) lors des heures d’opérations selon les normes et standards établis par la marque. Vous devrez aussi assurer la mise en place ainsi que le montage des postes. Vous serez également responsable de l’hygiène et la salubrité des aliments, des espaces, des outils et équipements de travail.
