SoLIT Café is looking for a strong, reliable Line Cook to join our growing team.
We are a fast-paced, elevated café by day and cocktail spot by night. We value speed, consistency, cleanliness, and positive energy.
This is not a corporate kitchen — we're building something independent, stylish, and high standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Prepare and execute brunch & lunch service efficiently
• Maintain strong plating standards
• Work clean and organized at all times
• Keep ticket times under 5 minutes during rush
• Support prep and inventory organization
• Close your station properly
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year line cook experience (café or restaurant)
• Fast, calm under pressure
• Clean and organized
• Team player with good attitude
• Punctual and reliable
If you move slowly or need constant supervision, this is not the role.
