Le Petit Sao is a fast-growing Vietnamese restaurant/counter with multiple locations. We are looking for talented, motivated, dynamic and responsible candidates to join our kitchen teams + POSSIBILITY OF PROGRESS and evolution.

Currently looking to fill positions at our Pointe St-Charles and Old port locations.

Availabilities:
Daytime and evening hours, from Monday to Sunday

Tasks And Responsibilites (According to experience):
Grilling station
Work area setup
Preparation of dishes for service
Maintenance of the preparation areas

Salary:
According to experience plus % of service tip

Requirements:
MAPAQ experience and diploma an asset
Cooking experience
Ability to work independently

Type Of Employment:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
